How do I win?

  • Attend 100% of Luke's initial discussions.

  • Maintain above 75% attendance to self managed training sessions.

  • Functional numbers in training, Health metrics including changes in blood pressure, body weight, stress management as measured by first beat.

  • Overall lifestyle change. As measured by Luke

  • Minimum commitment 3 months. But must complete 5 months to be eligible for prizes.

Device Policy

  • All devices must be returned after use.

  • Any device lost, damaged or broken will result in a replacement fee - £150

Notice

  • Limited to 10 places and project will only start when all 10 spaces are filled.
