Built for all styles of training, our gym is fully equipped to help you get the most out of every session. We’ve got Olympic lifting platforms for strength and technique, a range of resistance machines to targe muscle groups, and an extensive selection of free weights to train on your terms.

Our cardio machines keep you moving, whether you’re warming up, cooling down, or going all out. Need space to push your endurance? Our dedicated conditioning area is designed for high-intensity training, speed work, and functional fitness.

CLASSES

CLASSES AT MRC

As part of your MRC Membership, you’ll have access to a range of expert-led classes designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility. These include:

  • Middle Split & Front Split – Increase flexibility and range of motion.

  • MRC Methods – Functional bodyweight training for strength and control.

RECOVERY
