We are excited to announce that the MRC Student Programme has officially started! Due to the limited availability of only 8 slots, we are currently at full capacity for this block. Keep an eye out for announcements about the next block, which will be advertised later in the year.

About the Programme

The MRC Student Programme is an exclusive 8-week training programme designed to help a select group of individuals enhance their mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance. With limited availability for only 8 students, this programme ensures a personalized and focused approach to each participant's development. Over the course of the 8 weeks, the programme provides a structured framework for progressive improvement.

Training Structure

  • Weeks 1-6: Participants will train intensively under the guidance of a coach, with scheduled sessions every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Additionally, students are encouraged to engage in a self-directed training session at least once a week, fostering the habit of exercise and emphasizing self-management as a long-term goal.

  • Weeks 7-8: In the remaining two weeks of the programme, the training structure transitions, focusing on refinement and mastery of skills. During this phase, participants will continue to meet with the coach for a single weekly session every Monday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. To further emphasize the program's goal of self-management, students will be expected to complete two self-directed training sessions on their own during these final two weeks.

Programme Goals

This approach is designed to provide a balanced, focused, and progressive framework that guides students from intensive skill acquisition to independent practice. Our aim is to empower participants to enhance their mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance, and to lead healthier, more active lives.
